PRIZES AND PERKS
To celebrate our return to an in-person conference, the Conference Planning Committee is pleased to announce several incentives specifically designated for the 2023 conference delegates!
AAAE-AJAM Conference Issue
The American Journal of Arts Management will publish a focal issue featuring a selection of AAAE’s conference proceedings. The opportunity is open to all accepted conference presenters regardless of their membership status and geographic location. If you would like to be considered for this special issue, please indicate so on the conference submission form.
Best Student Paper Prize
The prize is open to both graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in AAAE member programs. Program directors are invited to nominate student papers. Program faculty is responsible to identify student papers and offer them to the program director to nominate. Each member program is free to create its own nominating process for students’ papers. Students interested in the prize should contact their program directors and follow the quality standard and evaluation criteria, established by the said program.
The recipient of the prize will be announced at the AAAE’s conference in New York, and they will receive a $500 cash award.
The winner will be welcome to present at the Conference. If they elect to do so, AAAE will waive the conference registration fee. While the organizer cannot guarantee funding for travel and accommodation, we will do their best to provide access to scholarship resources. In addition, the winner’s and finalist’s papers will be reviewed for publication by partnering journals.
