AAAE offers a year-round Mentorship Program that allows emerging arts administration educators and practitioners to be paired with seasoned arts administration educators and/or practitioners.
“In addition to receiving rigorous individualized guidance, mentees will engage in co-producing an online series exploring arts at the intersection of other public spheres, and other networking opportunities. We expect that emerging arts administrators based in rural communities and other locations with limited access to arts will be especially positively impacted from building a professional community and gaining long-term career support,” says AAAE’s executive director, Milena Deleva.
