Eligibility & Guidelines:

This opportunity is open to all conference presenters, regardless of their membership status and geographic location. Session proposals, such as panels, roundtables, workshops, and other forms of interactive sessions are eligible. If you would like to be considered for this prize, please indicate so on the conference submission form. The final selection will be made during the conference, following an evaluation rubric devised by the Conference Evaluation Committee. The winning session presentation will be announced at the conclusion of the AAAE’s conference in San Juan, and the awardees will receive a $300 worth of Routledge books of their choice. In addition, winners and finalists for the prize will be offered publishing opportunities by participating periodicals.

Requirements:

+ This is prize is for session proposals, such as panels, roundtables, workshops, and other forms of interactive sessions

+ To be considered for the prize, it is sufficient to check the relevant box on the conference submission form. No further action is required

+ AAAE membership isn’t required

+ Only session presentations, accepted to the conference will be considered for the prize

+ Sessions by presenters that showcase cultural and cross-generational diversity are encouraged to apply
