AAAE has contracts with The Verb Hotel, The Arcadian Hotel, and Boston University Housing for our 2026 Annual Conference. We encourage conference registrants to book a room with one of the official contracted AAAE blocks, as we’ve received special accommodation rates.

The Verb Hotel contracted rate is good until either the room block sells out or until April 27, 2026. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out or after this date.

Boston University Housing
Boston University Housing
10 Buick Street (StuV 1), Boston, MA 02215
$124.20 USD per night. Not including government tax. The Boston University Housing contracted rate is good until the room block sells out. Availability cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out. PLEASE NOTE: This reservation will be for one bedroom in a 4-bed 2-bath apartment. Each apartment includes four single-occupancy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a shared common area. The apartment will be shared with 3 other individuals who are attending the AAAE conference. If you’d like to request a roommate, you can do so in the booking form below.

Airport Information
The Boston Logan International Airport is located about 6.5 miles (30-35 minutes by car, 45 minutes by train) from The Arcadian Hotel, 4.9 miles (25-30 minutes by car, 40 minutes by train) from The Verb Hotel, and about 5.6 miles (25-30 minutes by car, 45 minutes by train) from Boston University.
