The Bachelor of Science in Arts Management degree at Indiana University gives students a diverse set of relevant skills and experiences on an arts-rich campus, in the top public affairs school in the country, to help launch them into careers in arts management in the commercial, nonprofit, and public sectors.


Goals and Objectives

Students will learn the fundamentals of management and leadership, covering such aspects as marketing, fund raising, financial management, legal aspects of the arts, selected courses in the performing arts and visual arts sectors, arts policy and urban development, and the student's choice of a fine arts (or related) discipline.


Curriculum

In addition to General Education requirements, students take courses in arts management, career development, the economic and policy environment, and the arts themselves
