Registration Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that any bank charges resulting from the reimbursement of canceled registrations will be the responsibility of the participant.
- Cancellations received by April 30, 2026: A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued.
- Cancellations received after May 1, 2026: No refunds will be provided.
In order to have your cancellation request acknowledged, please email [email protected] and state the reason for cancellation.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include insurance coverage for accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are strongly encouraged to secure appropriate personal insurance to cover these risks.
Note: The conference organizers are not responsible for any financial loss due to travel disruptions or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend reviewing your insurance options prior to the event.
