The program curriculum combines practice and theory with discussion-based courses, community-engaged experiential learning experiences, and highly engaged faculty.
Why FSU Arts Administration:
- Two formats, one experience. Choose in-person immersion or online flexibility; both formats deliver the same faculty expertise, the same rigorous coursework, and the same recognized degree.
- Tailored study options. Tailor your path by adding the Askew School’s Graduate Certificate in Civic and Nonprofit Leadership or our Graduate Certificate in Museum Education and Visitor-Centered Curation, typically without exceeding your degree credit plan.
- Accessible Excellence. We’re among the most affordable arts administration options nationwide. If you live in a participating Academic Common Market state and your home institution lacks a comparable program, you may qualify for in-state tuition.
- Global perspective and community. Faculty engaged in international research, alumni working across borders, course material, and student community from diverse cultural and arts contexts prepare you to navigate varied and ever-changing arts ecosystems.
We offer this degree in two delivery modes:
- MA in Arts Admin – Online: A flexible program for working professionals.
