Arts/Cultural Administration/Management/Entrepreneurship/Leadership is such a young field that colleagues aren’t easy to come by. AAAE is the place where……you don’t have to explain yourself.…you don’t have to justify your existence.…you’ll find mentors, collaborators, role models, inspiration, and friends.…you can share your accomplishments, test your ideas, and hone your practice.…the importance of your work is not only accepted and acknowledged, it’s a tenet of existence.AAAE is home for many of us who are orphans in our own institutions.
